Every few years, the IMC Summit brings together the people who help shape our future: the IMC team, our Board of Directors, and the chief executives of our operating companies. It is a dedicated time to step away from daily demands, strengthen relationships, exchange perspectives, and focus on the opportunities ahead.
This November, we will gather at The Dewberry, Charleston's iconic luxury hotel, where Southern hospitality and timeless style create the perfect setting for meaningful conversation and connection.
Every attendee is invited because their voice, experience, and insight matter. Our conversations are candid, our schedule allows space for thoughtful engagement, and our evenings are designed to foster connection over exceptional food and good company. Spouses and guests are warmly welcomed throughout the event.
Registration takes only a few minutes and captures everything we need, including travel details, dining preferences, and activity selections. Once submitted, we will coordinate the rest. We look forward to welcoming you to Charleston.
A detailed agenda, including times and locations, will be shared closer to the Summit. For now, the outline below will help you plan your travel. We encourage guests to arrive Tuesday afternoon and plan departures after 12:30 PM on Thursday. Business casual attire is appropriate throughout the Summit.

We are pleased to welcome Shane Parrish, founder of Farnam Street, as this year's featured speaker. Shane has spent more than a decade helping leaders think more clearly, judge more soundly, and make decisions that hold up over time. His work is read by executives, investors, and operators around the world.
Shane joins us Wednesday morning for a keynote conversation and discussion.

A guided cooking workshop led by chef-owners Katie Williams and Andrea Pharris, built around a light, Southern-inspired menu that gives Lowcountry flavors a fresh turn. The afternoon ends the best way a cooking class can: a beautifully shared meal in the private classroom. Beer, wine, non-alcoholic beverages, welcome snacks, and all equipment are included. Wednesday, 1:00 – 4:00 PM.
Step into the elegance of Charleston's most storied neighborhood on a South of Broad houses and gardens tour with Bulldog Tours. Over an unhurried two and a half hours, this immersive walk takes in the architecture, landscapes, and stories that define the historic district, including exclusive visits to two nationally significant house museums. In the gardens of both homes, guests are welcomed with light refreshments — a relaxed chance to linger, ask questions, and enjoy Charleston at its own pace. Wednesday, 2:00 – 4:30 PM; lunch is not served on this tour, so plan to eat beforehand.
A three-hour private boat charter with skeet shooting instruction on the water, led by a professional captain and crew. All equipment and safety instruction are provided — no experience needed — and a proper Lowcountry boil is served for lunch. Wednesday, 1:30 – 4:30 PM.

Prefer to wander? Explore the beauty, history, and culture of Charleston at your own pace with our curated "Must Knows" guide — local favorites, iconic landmarks, hidden gems, and the dining spots worth crossing town for. Stroll the historic downtown streets, shop King Street, tour a historic home, slip out to a nearby beach, or simply eat your way through the Holy City.
Set on Marion Square in the heart of the historic district, The Dewberry occupies the lovingly restored mid-century Federal building at 343 Meeting Street. It is Southern hospitality at its most refined: brass and walnut, oyster-shell plaster, and a bar that has become a Charleston institution.
Accommodations. A room block is reserved for Summit guests for the nights of November 10 and 11. Your room is arranged for you; there is nothing to book. Simply tell us your arrival and departure dates when you register, and Kristen will handle the rest, including any nights you'd like to add before or after the Summit.
Getting here. Charleston International Airport (CHS) is roughly twenty minutes from the hotel, with direct flights from most major cities. Airport transfers are available in both directions; note your flight details when you register and a car will be waiting. If you're driving, valet parking is available at the hotel.
Weather and attire. Charleston in November is at its best, with days in the 60s and 70s and cool evenings. Business casual is the dress code throughout the Summit.
Registration takes about five minutes and covers everything we need to plan your stay. Please register by Tuesday, October 7, 2026. If your plans change after you register, simply contact Kristen and she will update everything for you.
